Frank Di Benedetto, BC Restaurant Hall of Fame Alumni and owner of Fatburger & Ricky’s All Day Grill, started Fatburger in Canada 15 years ago, with the vision of bringing home-style cooked burgers, made with traditional cooking methods, to local communities.
