How do I earn points?
Online/Mobile Orders: Points are added automatically when you order through your account on the Fatburger app.
Dine in: Show/Scan your electronic Fat Club Rewards card (via the app) at the counter before placing your order to earn points. You can also present your physical rewards card (if you are still into carrying cards, that is). You can also tell us the phone number (or email) that you used to register your account.
Birthday Treats: We want to do you right when it comes to your birthday. Get bonus points as our gift to you.
Exclusive Perks: We like to rock and roll every now and then, and surprise members with bonus points!
How to redeem points?
Remember! You need to sign up and register your account in the program here before you can redeem your points.
Online/Mobile Orders (Pick up): Select “Add to Pick Up”, then proceed with your mobile order as usual. Apply your points to the total order (taxes not included).
Dine in: Let the cashier know you want to use your points. Show your physical loyalty card or provide your phone number/email if using a digital card. Points can only be redeemed if your card is registered.

No, third-party orders are not eligible for earning points.
Complete your stamp card in the Fatburger App by March 17, 2025, to claim your reward! Stamps that haven’t earned a reward won’t transfer. After March 18, 2025, new stamps and points will be issued with each purchase, and registration is required to redeem rewards.
This applies to guests who did not claim their free burger in the Fatburger app before the transition to the new program in 2025.
