Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how the Big Fat Club Rewards program works.

Program Details: Earn Points

  • Earning Points: Members earn 100 points for every $1 spent at participating Fatburger locations.*
  • Points can be accumulated through purchases made via the Fatburger app and in-store transactions.
  • Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed on their next purchase.
  • Members who sign up between February 20 and March 31, 2025 are eligible to participate in a chance to win 1,000,000 Fatburger will choose the winner based on their criteria.

Extra Bonus:

  • Limited time Sign-up bonus: Members will receive 4,000 points for signing up between February 20 and Mar 18, 2025
  • Starting March 19, 2025 members will receive 1,000 points for signing up.
  • Birthday Bonus: Members will receive 1,000 bonus points when they place an order within 30 days of their birthday.
  • First Transaction Bonus: Upon registration, members will earn an additional 1,000 bonus points on their first transaction made within 30 days of sign-up.

●       Stamp Accumulation: For every eligible item purchased, customers will receive one stamp.

Registration Requirements

  • Members must register their card to redeem rewards, receive the Birthday Bonus, and enjoy exclusive offers.
  • Members CAN ONLY redeem points or rewards AFTER registering their account in the portal.

  1. POINT EXPIRATION:
  • Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. After this period, points will expire and cannot be redeemed.
  1. EXCLUSIONS:
  • Not all menu items are eligible for stamp collection.
  • Specific exclusions may apply—refer to the Fat Club Rewards website for details.
  • Points cannot be accumulated for purchases made through third-party delivery services (e.g., Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes).
  1. CARD USAGE:
  • Digital cards are available via the loyalty portal.
  • Physical or digital cards must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points.
  • Points cannot be added retroactively if the card is not presented.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CARD:

  • Visit: Fatburger Loyalty Portal and click Create an Account.
  • Sign up using your phone number or email address.
  • Check your email for a confirmation link and complete your profile.

By joining the Fat Club Rewards Program, members agree to these terms and conditions. Fatburger reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

Limitations: The reward program is subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at any time.

Fatburger Canada – “Free Burgers for a Year” Google reviews.

ELIGIBILITY

Residents of Canada who visit any Fatburger Canada location, leave a Google review, and complete the entry form with their name and email address between May 20 and June 20, 2025. All opinions are welcome — every review counts as an entry into the contest.

HOW TO ENTER 

To enter, participants must:

  • Visit a participating Fatburger Canada location.
  • Leave a Google review via the in-store QR code.
  • Complete the entry form with their  email address.

No purchase necessary to enter.

ENTRY PERIOD

The contest begins on May 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on June 20, 2025.

PRIZE 

  • One (1) winner will receive “Free Burgers for a Year,” which consists of one (1) Original Fatburger per calendar month for 12 months, redeemable in-store only.
  • This reward is valid only at participating Fatburger Canada locations and is limited to one redemption per month. Rewards will be issued on the 20th of each month through the Fat Club Rewards Program.

The monthly reward is not accumulable. Guest must claim their reward each month, as unclaimed rewards will not carry over.

-Veggie Burger.

-¼ Fatburger.

-Fried Chicken crisper sandwich. 

-Original Fat size with cheese.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by random draw on June 26, 2025, from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 10 days to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond in time, another entrant will be randomly selected.

CONSENT AND DATA USE 

By entering, participants consent to Fatburger Canada collecting and using their name and email address for the purposes of administering this promotion and for future marketing communications. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions – “Redeem Your Gift Card & Grab a Free Burger” Campaign

Promotion Period:

Valid: November 1–20, 2025 at participating Fatburger Canada locations.

How It Works: Redeem $20 or more from your Fatburger gift card during the promotion period & get one FREE ¼ lb Fatburger with cheese on us!

The Details:

  • Minimum redemption of $20 is required to qualify.
  • Offer valid only for a ¼ lb Fatburger with cheese. No other items are eligible.
  • Offer valid for dine-in and take-out orders only.
  • Limit one (1) free burger per transaction, per gift card.
  • Even if you spend more than $20 in a single transaction, the offer still applies to only one free burger.
  • If your gift card has a remaining balance and you wish to redeem another free burger, you must make a new, separate transaction of at least $20 value during the promotion period.
  • If your gift card has less than $20 value remaining, you can add funds to bring the balance up to $20 and qualify for a free burger upon redemption.
  • One free burger per transaction/per card.
  • Not valid with any other offers, coupons, discounts, or loyalty rewards.
  • No cash value.
  • Available only at participating locations across Canada.

Terms and Conditions – Fat Game - Play Hub

Eligibility: Every participant can play the game using a valid email address.

Reward Redemption: To claim any prizes, participants must join the Fat Club Rewards program.

Challenge Participation: Participation requires an active email, but prizes are only credited to Fat Club Rewards members.
Participants must reach 2,000 points in the game to qualify for the raffle held every Sunday.
Players can play once per day.
The more they play, the higher their chances of winning the weekly raffle.

Prize: Each winner will receive $50 in Value Points credited to their Fat Club Rewards account.

Winners: Only five winners are selected per challenge each Sunday.
Winners will be selected as specified in each promotion and will receive instructions via email to claim their rewards.
Winners have 30 days to claim their rewards. Unclaimed prizes will result in eligibility being revoked, and a new winner will be selected.


Program Changes: Fatburger reserves the right to modify or cancel the program, its rules, or any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Fraud and Misuse: Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification and loss of rewards.

Fatburger Kids Game – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The game is open to players who want to play for fun only.

Purpose: This game is for entertainment purposes only. There are no prizes or rewards.

Participation: Players can enjoy the game and explore the Fatburger world as many times as they like.

Behavior: Players must use the game responsibly and not attempt to hack or manipulate it.

Privacy: Any personal information collected (such as emails for account creation) will be handled in accordance with Fatburger’s privacy policy.

Changes: Fatburger reserves the right to modify or remove the game at any time.
