Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how the Fat Club Rewards program works.

Program Details: Earn Points

  • Earning Points: Members earn 100 points for every $1 spent at participating Fatburger locations.*
  • Points can be accumulated through purchases made via the Fatburger app and in-store transactions.
  • Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed on their next purchase.
  • Members who sign up between February 20 and March 31 are eligible to participate in a chance to win 1,000,000 Fatburger will choose the winner based on their criteria.

Extra Bonus:

  • Limited time Sign-up bonus: Members will receive 4,000 points for signing up between February 20 and Mar 18, 2025
  • Starting March 19, members will receive 1,000 points for signing up.
  • Birthday Bonus: Members will receive 1,000 bonus points when they place an order within 30 days of their birthday.
  • First Transaction Bonus: Upon registration, members will earn an additional 1,000 bonus points on their first transaction.

●       Stamp Accumulation: For every eligible item purchased, customers will receive one stamp.

●       Customers must purchase eligible items to earn stamps.

●       Once 6 stamps are collected, customers are eligible for a free item on their next purchase.

  • Physical Cards: Available in-store at participating locations.
  • E-Loyalty Cards: Accessible through the Fatburger app or the Loyalty Portal after registration.

Registration Requirements

  • Members must register their card to redeem rewards, receive the Birthday Bonus, and enjoy exclusive offers.
  • Members CAN ONLY redeem points or rewards AFTER registering their account in the portal.   
  • To register, members should log into the Fatburger Loyalty Portal via their phone or computer and create their account here – https://fatburger.myloyaltyhub.com/en/login

  1. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS:
  • Points can only be earned and redeemed at participating Fatburger locations. (Subject to change)
  • Some locations may be excluded due to technology constraints. Members should check the Fat Club Rewards website for a list of participating locations. These locations will be added soon.
  • Some locations may be excluded from offering in-store program, but you can access it through the Fatburger app.*

  1. POINT EXPIRATION:
  • Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. After this period, points will expire and cannot be redeemed.
  1. EXCLUSIONS:
  • Not all menu items are eligible for stamp collection.
  • Specific exclusions may apply—refer to the Fat Club Rewards website for details.
  • Points cannot be accumulated for purchases made through third-party delivery services (e.g., Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes).
  1. CARD USAGE:
  • Digital cards are available via the loyalty portal.
  • Physical or digital cards must be presented at the time of purchase to earn points.
  • Points cannot be added retroactively if the card is not presented.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CARD:

  • Visit: Fatburger Loyalty Portal and click Create an Account.
  • Sign up using your phone number or email address.
  • Check your email for a confirmation link and complete your profile.

By joining the Fat Club Rewards Program, members agree to these terms and conditions. Fatburger reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

Limitations: The reward program is subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at any time.
