A new premier flagship store in the Granville entertainment district

VANCOUVER, BC, JULY 28, 2021 – As the pandemic shows signs of receding, Fatburger Canada is gearing up to open a flagship location at the iconic corner of Granville and Georgia Streets in downtown Vancouver this Fall. Located in the historic Vancouver Block building near the intersection, this location represents a milestone of continued growth and opportunity for this well-known premium burger brand in Canada.

Operating in an approximately 2,200 sq-feet space with 18-feet high ceiling, this Fatburger will add new and exciting automations that will increase quality, consistency, and freshness for its customers, including self-order cashless kiosks, a bread oven baking breakfast biscuits and buns on location, and state of the art grilling stations to cook big, juicy, charred-finished burgers that are reminiscent of a great hamburger stand.

Fatburger Granville Street will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, including breakfast sandwiches, burgers, chicken sandwiches, famous wings & tenders, milkshakes and new chef-inspired plant-based bowls and salads. One of Fatburger’s significant selling points is the fact that it uses premium quality ingredients that are freshly prepared and cooked-to-order.

“We simply focus on making fresh and delicious food of higher quality. We use AAA Alberta beef and premium Canadian chicken, and we don’t pre-cook our food or store them in steamers like a lot of other burger brands. Our tenders are hand breaded-from-scratch, and our milkshakes are made with hand-scooped real ice cream topped with real whipped cream.
